| Recognizing Opportunity |
O.G. Greene - former
CEO of NDC (National Data Corporation), Burroughs Corporation executive,
and start-up specialist for a variety of technology companies -- joined
Skylight® in August 2001. Greene quickly assessed the potential of the company
and recognized four premises:
- The self-banked population is a viable business segment that can and
should be served
- Skylight has a set of products and services that can serve this market
segment
- There is opportunity to leverage the business
- There is an opportunity to generate cash flow and profits

| As part of his initial assessment, Greene realized the emerging
electronic payroll "industry" offers a wide variety of products and solutions
to serve the self-banked population. He also realized that Skylight -- as one
of the few financial service providers of its type with a relationship to
a major U.S. banking institution -- has distinct competitive advantages
-- not the least of which is in providing access to a banking network of
over a million ATM and point-of-sale locations. |
