  Can the Skylight® Card be used for seasonal pay?
    With SkylightOnesm companies with seasonal employees and independent contractors could use the card. A card will remain open as long as there is a balance remaining, but if there is no balance and no deposits the card will remain open for 60 days.
  What if an employer wants a card program to support TermPaysm?
    TermPay is a legislated mandate in many states. Although legislation varies from state to state, generally this means a company must pay an employee through the hour worked on their last day of work. This is required in many states. Skylight has a related card product called TermPay that is available to companies who have an existing Skylight card program.
