  How does the employee receive a Skylight® Card account?
    The employee receives an Instant Issue Pack, which includes a Skylight card with an activation sticker, Terms and Conditions, and an easy-to-read, comprehensive user's guide that fully explains the Skylight card account in both English and Spanish. The employee completes and signs the company direct deposit authorization form and returns it to their employer. The employee calls Skylight using the number on the activation sticker to activate the Skylight card.
  When can the Skylight Card accountholder begin using the account?
    The Skylight accountholder may access their Skylight account at ATM and POS locations, once the direct deposit is received and the Skylight card is activated.
  How does the company establish a Skylight Card relationship?
    Maximum employee participation will be achieved with employer commitment. The company and Skylight will establish the terms of their relationship by entering into a formal agreement signed by both parties.

Skylight will work with the company to create promotional materials to develop a structure to maximize direct deposit participation.
