Traci Jacobs has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate and Retail banking, bank operations, sales management and product management, including all major aspects of credit and debit card initiatives and strategic planning. Prior to joining Skylight Financial®, Ms. Jacobs served as a Senior Vice President with SunTrust Bank. There, she was responsible for:
  • Product development, management and profitability of Purchasing Card, Corporate Card, Business Card and Payroll Card product lines
  • Operational performance of the Commercial Card and Merchant Services lines of business
  • Sales management and strategic planning
  • Vendor management of 8 strategic vendors, including contract negotiations and product initiatives
