As vice president of reseller development, Mr. Dunn is responsible for each reseller's success in the Skylight Financial partnership. Prior to joining Skylight, Mr. Dunn was a major shareholder and vice president of sales for Paycor Payroll Services. He played an important role in the firm's continued 20% sales growth for the last eight years. From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Dunn was a Success Motivation Institute franchisee and a Leadership Management, Inc., franchisee. Under his leadership, the national franchise ranking rose from the bottom 40% to the top 1%. His clients ranged from small companies to large Fortune 500 companies such as Ford Motor Company, Merrill Lynch, Russell Stover Candies, Sprint, and the U.S. Marines.

In 1999, Mr. Dunn was recognized with the World Motivator of the Year award among 800 international franchisees in the management and sales training consulting industry. In 2001, he was recognized as one of Kansas City's "40 Under 40" Power Elite by Ingram's, a Kansas City business magazine. He currently serves on the boards of the 2nd Chance Foundation and Higher M-pact (both not-for-profit organizations dedicated to helping high-risk teens and ex-offenders improve their chances at succeeding as productive citizens in society). Mr. Dunn is a devoted husband and father of four young children. He has a Bachelor's degree in education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
