Lynn Cherry | VP of Compliance & Risk Management

Mrs. Cherry is responsible for compliance and risk management for Skylight Financial. She manages training, dispute resolution, internal audit, and regulatory compliance. Mrs. Cherry has held various positions within the organization during her 10-year career in the areas of customer care, inbound sales, operations, and information technology.

Prior to joining the company in 1999, Mrs. Cherry spent four years at Wachovia Bank Card Services and was responsible for call center coordination and escalations. She was also a member of a team responsible for the development and implementation of an employee knowledge base. Mrs. Cherry graduated from Wachovia's Bank Card Services management trainee program and earned certification in Wachovia's Managing Operations course. Her background also includes four years of experience in law enforcement, achieved through various positions within the City of Atlanta Police Department.
